To get you started, the Socratic Coaching Center provides a free 15-minute life coaching phone session. This session introduces our prospective clients to the Socratic counseling method. We also discuss your goals—and become inspired by possible outcomes.
1.5-hour one-on-one sessions provide guidance toward self-awareness. We aim to detect key life changes and barriers. This helps clients achieve personal growth, balance in their daily lives, and achieve a deeper understanding of any given circumstance or challenge.
2.5-hour sessions cover the natural rhythms influencing your life cycles, knowledge that helps you achieve professional and personal goals with greater ease. These principles can also be applied to subsequent Liberation and Transformation sessions.
These intensive 3-hour sessions are a customized version of the 2.5-hour session, addressing specific aspects of your life cycle to date. We will examine negative and positive recurrent patterns in your personal life cycle and discuss how to make desired changes.
These are small group sessions of up to 5 people. This work promotes long-term learning, self-discovery, and accountability for specific objectives and abilities. Please contact us about the limitations and restrictions that apply to this form of counseling.

While Socratic Coaching helps you connect with yourself more deeply and can be completed independently, we offer additional healing modalities that complement your path of self-discovery and empowerment.
